So I waited 15 minutes in line to get southwestern Avacado salad. When I got it my food, I couldn?t eat it . I put it in the... trash because the lettuce was rotten and the cheese was spoiled. The tomatoes were freezer wet so yes the salad was not fresh oreatable. Read more

This location use to be really good but in the last year it has really gone done. The service is rude and short. You can only... use cash at the register if you want to use a card you must use the kiosk. If you want to use a coupon you can only pay withcash at the register. If you want breakfast and come in at 10:31 you will be met with a harsh short response that breakfast isover and you cannot order anymore. I don?t know who owns this location but there is a problem with customer service and thespeed in which orders come at. Hopefully the order comes out correct. I?m searching for a better location or just quittingWendy?s. It?s a shame because this place use to be a good location. Read more

I believe the hiring manager went to the worst possible hood and said "I'm looking for the most ghetto trash to come work at my... Wendy's in Lynbrook; You won't need any customer service skills, because you don't have to use it. You don't have to say hello,respond to customer saying thank you, give receipts,give utensils, make eye contact, probably don't even have to wash yourhands. I've been here during the day and staff is appropriate, but evening shift straight outta Compton! To be fair, this isregarding the whomever works the intercom and the girls at the window (evening.) They don't even have the decency to completelyopen the window when handing you your card & food, probably don't want customers to smell the crack boiling. This establishment in particular is highly ghetto. The cashiers here have attitudes, no thank you or engaging with customers.

Cashier always have attitudes,they take forever to take ur order and to give u the food. The cashier was rude, a whole line of... like 8 ppl behind me and she was just chatting and laughing with her co worker and when ask if she called next she caught anattitude. They need some customers services training. Read more

I ordered through the app and for the second time in a row, they put mayonnaise on my food when I specifically removed it, it's... on the receipt. I also ordered sweet Iced Tea and they sent unsweetened. Not so bright people must work their. Never again. Read more
