Everytime I visit the US I need to have a Cherry Limeade... there's just something nostalgic about it.
Still the same great Sonic food an place. Using the app can save you $$$ so I recommend looking into it Glad this opened here.... Great food, great prices and the portion size is just right. Servers are on skates keeping it old school. You have your car spotto eat in your vehicle. Service is pretty quick as well. Read more
My first time at Sonic, so of course we had to do the car hop. You place your order via a screen, choose your payment method &... wait for your order. It took a little longer than the traditional drive up, but was kinda fun. Guys on skates delivered theorder right to the car window. Prices not bad...a little high. Will def go back. Read more
Never again! Have you ever wondered what fast food means? Then you need to hear my story. The first parking lot I drove my wife... to was not working and there were no signs on it. No orders were taken in the parking lot. It took 10 (!!!) minutes to find out(a waiter riding by on rollerblades told us about it). We re-parked in another spot and placed our order within 5 minutes viaapp and did check-in. After that, the screen in the parking lot showed us the progress of our order and 10 minutes later stoppedshowing anything. After waiting another 10 minutes I contacted the operator through the screen and got the answer that the orderwill soon be ready. There was nothing special in the order - 2 standard meals with cheeseburgers. After another 15 minutes(watch the time: the first park - 10 minutes, placing the order - 5 minutes, after that the waiting time of 35 minutes!!!) Irealized that I do not want to stay here again. I went to the manager's office to ask for a refund. The manager said that theyare not returning the money for the orders made through an application and spent another 10 (!!!) minutes looking for a phonenumber to call me about the refund. Moreover, he could not explain why it took so long to prepare the order, although it hadbeen received long ago. In total I spent more than an hour (!!!) in this place. By phone number from the operator took 15 (!!!)minutes to issue me refund. Conclusion: If you want to stay hungry and spend more than an hour - welcome to this place! P.S. Today I had one of the worst experiences at this Sonic in Valley Stream, NY. I am so appalled at how bad it was I attempted to... place an order on the app and the app would not work. I placed my order at one of the screens and the worker was extremelynasty and rude. She fully displayed how annoyed she was that I was ordering more than 1 item ( i was with my Family of 5). Hertone was very dismissive and she was audibly displeased that she was taking my order. She was annoyed that i ordered a smalldrink and tried to force me to order a large drink because they ran out of cups. It took more than 20 minutes for my order tocome out and we didn't order anything with customization however my order came back wrong. The drinks( slushes) were melted andmy float barely had soda. To top it off I asked for sauce and it never came out. I asked the server to bring it and he nevercame back. I also did not receive my receipt because the server walked away with it. Burger is big, but it's too moist. Tot is good. Fries is normal.
This was my first time at a drive thru Sonic restaurant where the servers were on roller skates! Definitely an incredible... experience but they were extremely busy. The food was good but the onion rings were really too well done! Otherwise not bad. Read more
