Older Indian lady and older black gentleman have major attitude problems. Very rude and unkind. I ordered a fruit smoothie,... literally only 5 seconds had passed. I quickly read the ingredients and realized it could be ordered without dairy, making iteasier on my stomach. I asked her if I could get the non dairy option, she rolled her eyes, rudely asked me why I didn't askfor that in the first place, looking as if she wanted to rip my head off. She actually froze and stared at me, trying tointimidate me and get me to back down and drink the smoothie with dairy in it. Just lazy and unprofessional workers for themost part. Ok here?s the tea. My friend ordered ice cream and this man went and made a whole milkshake and was tight when he had to give... her ice cream. It?s not my friends fault that he has hearing problems. Another time, I was waiting to pay for like ten minutesand they asked me, ?Have you been served?? and i said,? No, I am waiting to pay.? and he literally said okay and stared at mefor ten minutes. I was just like are you gonna ring me up or.... Also they charged my cousin $10.00 for a milkshake. We got there at 7:01, and they close at 7:30, they were already closing up everything, all the ice cream and lights, we asked if... they were closed or if the could still serve us and they said ?were closed? and one dude in the back laughed and said ?adios?this is the third place in the outlet where workers were absolutely awful for no reason. :/ Read more
