They were clearly understaffed as we waited for 10 mins to be seated and saw no host, no bartender, and maybe only 1-2... waitresses plus a guy in the corner. Restaurant was empty, however, it still took 45 mins to get our drinks, everyone at thetable got the same burger (even though they ordered different ones) and they had no sides but fries. Ugh! I am so disappointed. Ordered take out through the app for 70 bucks. Ordered mild boneless wings - got buffalo, ordered... traditional wings all drums (which costs extra) and got all flats. Fries were cold, wings were grossly greasy. Forgot my bluecheese sauce. Really wish there was a way to get my money back. Such a sad experience. Read more
there was multiple tables open for dining yet they told us we had a 45 min wait time almost half the restaurant was empty the... bar was pretty full and I guess it was just a busy time but they service was very poor. i would ask for a spoon or fork as Iwaited for my order and they took almost 15 mins and STILL couldn’t give me something as simple as a fork or spoon. When theydid give me my order they completely forgot about my drinks and took another 10 minutes to get them for me. (Waited 50 minutesfor 10 traditional wings, fries and a drink). i love Buffalo Wild Wings and I just love their wings other then that this wouldbe a 1 star review Read more
Clean. Attentive staff, nachos were nice. A bit pricey. Bathroom is available, wheelchair accessible. Has a bar. good place... to watch sports games. Vaccine wasn't required for entry. Read more
This location has plenty free parking for starters. Currently they're running some great tap beer specials $3 tall glasses!!!... Another special you may have heard about is the BOGO Thursday boneless wings (which I realize now I'm not a huge fan of becausethe meat come in different sizes. They should all be plump pieces. Reminds me of the movie Casino when Robert DeNiro was upsetabout the blueberries in the muffins- they should all be the same...lol So the BOGO boneless special is only available for the 6piece and 10 piece. Comes with some celery sticks and carrots. There's a plethora of flavored sauces and dry rubs to choose tofancy your wings. Enjoy. My Garcon was Tosh and she was very nice and helpful; a pleasure. I even witnessed her professionalismwith others who were near by. Request her if you visit this location. There are plenty of tvs to enjoy. There's tables, booth,and bar seating here. Merch is also available- see pics. To-Go orders are in the rear to the right, it has its' own entrance aswell. Do not go to this location if you want what you are paying for. This was 15 boneless wings for $18.49 Asked the manager at this... location if she would pay $19 to eat flour in sauce and her exact words were, “what’s wrong with it?”. Ordered at 6:06pmand that picture of what was served to us came out at 6:46. So 40 mins to serve garbage and expect people to mot askquestions. I want to point out that it wasn’t the fault of the service staff, so we paid our bill, tipped her as we normallywould and left. That’s the last time for us at this location. Very slow and bad service experience. Food it's ok, I ordered a brisket burger but had no brisket ????, portions are reasonable.... Enormous space for a group of friends. They offer free drinks for kids. Unfortunately the waitress didn't have much experienceand look sort of lost. Wings for which they have tributes to be good weren't that good but the sauces. my first time coming, the experience was quite interesting. agreeing with the other comments, the tables were cleared yet we had... to wait twenty minutes- i suppose this is due to understaff. my only real complaint is that I wish the booths would be cleanedin between guests. when i arrived at the booth, there were crumbs all over the table and seats- especially the seats. the foodis cheap and so is the quality of it. you get what you pay.
