Drive through lady has a serious attitude problem and I don't appreciate her handling my food without gloves directly after... handling money transactions. Dirty people work here!! Trash everywhere. They will pull you around even if your order is the simplest thing, which if you work... in management, you know you aren?t suppose to do that and are only suppose to do that if the car behind the car at the windowsfood is ready, then you can pull them. All they care about is making time. Poor management. The workers whose names I believeare Amanda, Jayda, and ?Rae-Rae?, do not wear gloves. Jayda specifically, gives out raw burgers and cross contaminateseverything. Every-time I?ve been there, they have been extremely rude to my husband and I. Those three will argue witheach-other in front of customers. Their bathrooms are extremely nasty as well and seem to be as if they don?t clean them. Thisplace is hazardous and should be shut down. I moved to Ballwin a year ago and have been coming here for lunch for a while. I've noticed all the employees are very nice,... even new employees. The food is always made fresh. Anytime I've had an issue, which is very rare, they are always accommodating.Sometimes a genuine interaction goes a long way. Props to the managers and employees. Read more
This location has employee that argues with her management. Most of the time it's a great experience, but today the lady making... the food was at a table using her phone then as I was placing an order she did not wash her hands or use gloves to make severalcustomers food. I normally leave that stuff out of comments but she used her hand to scratch her head as well. Read more

I was picking up an order for a Door-dash customer last night around 7 and it appeared as I came in that only one person was... working. I felt bad for this guy and he apologized several times but where?s your help I ask because the order was just allwrinkled and thrown on the counter, he said my managers not in a good mood!? Ok, so my bag looks awful and I hate deliveringanything that looks as if I tampered with it but he had gloves on working with chicken and said he couldn?t touch anything. So Imade it sure without touching food it was my order and said this isn?t ok!!!! Never seen the other guy? There was someonesitting outside in a van, not sure if it was him but what a ridiculous way to treat your employees and customers, I was so madbecause I have worked for Hardee?s in the past and customer service for 25 years and I would NEVER accept this type behavior inmy stores!!!!!!!!
