We stopped by to order and got 7 drinks total. Most of us got alternative milks and she got it on the receipt and was correct... saying it back to us. This Scooters is the closest location for me but there is no consistency with what I get for drinks compared with others in... Wichita. It?s been a problem before but this time it was especially bad! Today I got a banana/strawberry smoothie to take to afriend and it was light green instead of pink. I questioned it but they said it was correct. It was not! My friend wasn?t surewhat it was and didn?t finish it. The second drink was a peanut butter cup smoothie that ended up being a peanut butter with nochocolate syrup on the whip. The third drink was for me as a blended matcha green tea with almond milk and wild berry. It camevery bright green and I questioned if they had added the flavoring. They said they did but they didn?t. On my way back homeafter visiting my friends I got a blended vanilla latte with almond milk that ended up watered down like expresso with justwater added. I told them about my last order being incorrect and that I wanted to make sure this one was right. The girl at thewindow just shrugged and handed me my drink saying it was right. It was not! Loved this place, HOWEVER, sadly we will no longer frequent this location. Lack of communication and listening skills is a HUGE... factor here. Sad to say, customer service is lack luster as well!!! Went with our son, ordered two drinks, a small chai ICEDtea and large decaf vanilla latte. What we got was a small HOT chai latte and a stare from the window. Then, after waiting forour other drink and confused about the current drink but willing to "SETTLE", I was asked, "why are you still waiting."Surprised in her response, I explained that we ordered TWO drinks, and the one that my son was holding was not even the drinkthat he ordered. She promptly told me, "no that's what you ordered, he's holding it." I know accidents and misunderstandingshappen, we are human right. But, instead I was told that the drink we had was what I ordered. Um no. This is 1 drink and weordered 2, AND I'm pretty sure we know hot from iced. No apology or anything, just hold on I'll get it. Weak coffee. I ordered 2 extra shots, paid for them, and my drink was way too sweet having 2 extra shots. Very weak in... comparison to the Maize location. May I suggest measurement training for the Valley Center location? Maybe add some integritytraining also, so that I'm paying for what I'm actually receiving? Read more
