Ordered pizza here today, and I gotta say this is the WORST Pizza Hut I?ve ever been to. My pizza that I asked for light sauce... was absolutely drowning in sauce, and to top off drowning in sauce it looked like it was literally thrown into the big dinnerbox, completely smashed on on end. Also, ordered it as a pepperoni lovers, came with 9 pepperoni?s on the whole pizza? The wingsthat came with the big box meal had no Parmesan garlic sauce on them despite that being the sauce I picked. The breadsticks thatcame in the box had zero seasoning on them and were cold. I would?ve had better luck picking through a trash can to find abetter meal. Read more
This place is a joke! Ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and paid for extra mushrooms. Half the pizza had zero pepperoni... on it and there were very few mushrooms let alone "EXTRA" mushrooms. Will just order Casey's from now on. Lesson learned. Calledto complain and was treated rudely when I asked for a manager. Guess this is what we get from the everyone gets a trophygeneration. Delivery is always slow, pizza comes 15 minutes late and your pizza will be soggy from sitting too long. When you call to see... where it's at, they claim they can't do anything about it. "Out of their hands" Read more
I wish the Staff here could get all of Our order togethe one time. Everytime I have called in a order the Staff member reads it... back to me and it's always right. So I don't know how every order I have placed has never been wrong when they arrive to deliverit. There is one delivery lady that is absolutely nice and feels bad when they get it wrong every time. Had a rough experience here about a missing order but it turns out it was a problem with the website. In spite of a bad... situation, the team here did their best to give me what I ordered. I was contacted later by a pizza hut representative whohelped explain what happened with my online order and they also turned my experience around. Way to go guys! Read more
Worst experience ever!! Ordered cheese bread and literally they gave it to me black!! I told them it was inedible for being... burnt. The employee proceeded to be a complete JERK and argued said " oh it's just the edges burnt". No sympathy complete wasteof 7.00!! I'm calling corporate. No wonder the lady at the window told me to remember to keep my receipt. Totally unacceptable. Read more
Pizza was awful tasting. Taco beef was cold and the tomatoes and lettuce all looked old and poor quality. The meat lovers was... tasteless and had very lite actual meat on it. Ordered on the app and pulled up to the pick up window as it said our order wasready. Sat there for another 12 minutes. Pretty sure they actually remade one of our pizzas during that time because one cameout cold and the other was hot. We usually enjoy leftover meat lovers cold the next day but these pizzas were both so awful thatwe threw the leftovers away. Read more
