Sign outside the door says dining room open till 9. At 730 I was knocking on the door and the people inside just sat there.
The drive thru is always a long wait. The main lobby has been closed multiple times, even during the day. There's been multiple... times when I got food that was poorly prepared. An example is a burrito ingredients would have one end all sour cream and themeat would be on the other end. Past 8pm the drive thru wait is a minimum 30minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go to thesonoma st. or Benicia location. Read more
Restaurant door is closed @10:10 am!! I tried to talk to team members or managers, no one would RESPOND! Real Bad!
I went there 7-1 at 1000. Was told unless I?m door dash I?d have to wait 15-30 minute to order &get food. That?s rediculas!! ... You lost quite a few orders! Talk about poor customer service. Read more
