My son and I went for lunch.....There was only 1 employee but she was very nice and none of us waited for long in line...
Employee was curtious & all but, She seemed really nervous about how much servings she was assembling on sandwich. Claimed "Her... Boss" would get very angry if she put too much garnishings. Service was fine until Amber decided to answer her phone and leave my hot sandwiches sitting there for 2 minutes before the... other girl came from the sitting area to wrap up my sandwiches and check me out. Omg where do I start? Poor sandwich make was the only person working. The wait was to long, she had a difficult time... understanding, was overwhelmed and did not know how to operate the register for gift cards. Whoever owns this location shouldknow better than to have 1 person working. The food was NOT fresh at all. The bread was doughy. The meat was stiff andflavorless. The chips expired on 5/7.
