I ordered online, only to her there and find the door locked. It was 1 hour before closing. They came to the door and asked me... if I had a pick-up, I said yes and gave them my name. To which they replied they were out of tuna and I could replace it withany sandwich. I said double turkey. Hot and stuffy. No air conditioning and they are slow about the working
Why has the air conditioner "been broken" as the excuse for the excessive heat in here for years? The workers here are unhappy,... understandably. My fresh sandwich is room temperature. Unacceptable. And this spot skimps a lot too. Benicia subway isdelicious and refreshing inside. Read more

I ordered an order through the Subway app and when I arrived at the store they had run out of a lot of items, but it was the day... before there shipment was due in. The staff was friendly and were doing the best with what they had. But Subway has gotten tooexpensive to be running out of as many items as they were out of and it was way more than the one item missing from my sandwich.I know that there is are shipping delays all around the world right now, but if when you order a new specialty sandwich and theyare out of one of the ingredients that makes it a specialty sandwich you should get a discount and that should be a policy forSubway. If they don't have the ingredients to make the sandwich than that item should be unavailable to order on the app alsothe ingredients they are out of should not be able to be selected to put on your sandwich. When I first drive up and get out of my car I notice dirty diapers on the ground. I look up to the pathway leading to front... door. More garbage and broken glass everywhere. I asked the server about all the broken glass. She was not aware of it (hard tomiss) and said she'd check it out. I wasn't happy with my sandwich either. I said no peppers and I even pointed at the hotpeppers in case she didn't understand me. Peppers were in my sandwich. This is sad. Graffiti and garbage. Does nobody careanymore. Read more
