I stopped by this morning for my usual regular Venti iced shaken espresso with an added shot, I used the drive thru, which was... packed to the max, I stopped by around 11 am . Upon paying and driving away with my Venti iced shaken espresso, I noticed thatthe milk, was thick and nasty looking in my coffee, like chunks. I ordered regular milk, no whip cream, so I'm very concernedwith why my milk in my coffee looks this way, usually when milk looks like this is when it's bad or spoiled milk. Went to grab some coffee with the wife. They didn't have items to make the drinks and when we finally did order something, the... drinks were made without any sweetness. They were bitter and essentially milk, black coffee, and a lot of whipped cream andnothing else. We ordered white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and it was incredibly horrible. I don't understand, and when we gotto the window the worker asked me what I had ordered. They weren't busy and was what looked like fully staffed. Actually I amnot shocked, this location has been bad on a few occasions and is often out of things, however when we settled on drinks wedidn't want and they were made incomplete I had to say something. Youre better off going to the Starbucks on Lincoln just alittle down the road. Read more
I Love Starbucks and I don't go often but when I do go out is always been great. This store is very clean but the service was... not there. I was the only one in line inside but few people were waiting on drinks and the lady just stared at me , so I wait aminute and went up to order. I order a drink with hazelnut and she said "oh sorry we don't have hazelnut right now." I orderedmy second choice which they had. The drink was so good too. Perfect coffee honestly. She didn't ask my name which they always doelsewhere so they just call out the drink name it seems. I will be back to Starbucks just not this one. Read more
