Great sandwich, zero food quality complaints, but you guys lost my sandwich and made myself and another customer wait 25 minutes... only to find you put his sandwich on top the oven. Still no idea where you put mine. Sunday crew on 8/28 simply didn?t care. 2sandwiches went out in a span of 20 minutes as more customers were coming in and one of you guys tossed the sandwich on thecounter like you had beef with it. This was my first time here and it seems like you haven?t cleaned the place since covidstarted. My girlfriend and I used to work in sandwich shops before our career jobs. The sandwiches and service is good.. However their phone number was constantly busy and I was unable to ask questions about my... online order before finalizing it. So I had to drive to the restaurant in order to complete my order and wait the walk in timefor it to be ready. I asked about why the phone is busy the last 45 min when no one was on the phone and they said it's notworking. ???? Looks like there keeping the phone off the hook to avoid call in orders. Great deli sandwiches, they are a little slow but I think that is because they are doing on line orders as well. But if your... hurry it's good to know they are not super fast. If you buy a salad side dish just know they are a little pricey but they tastegood. Very hard to find a regular deli anymore and so glad they opened up, there sour dough bread is super soft and tastereally good! Everything is really fresh also bring good quality. Read more
