My friend ordered curbside pickup. We arrived and waited in the curbside parking space in front of IHop. We called the phone... number and the message was that they were closed even though they are open later. I had to walk in and tell them the number theylisted is not working. The sales lady could be bothered and insisted the number is correct and that there is no message, Icalled number and put in on speaker as the message was that Iyyhop was closed now. She was surprised but not apologetic justignorant of good Customer service. No wonder no one goes there any more. Maybe the phone message is correct and it should beclosed down till they train the staff to be customer friendly and provide good service. No manager available, it figures. Read more
IHOP is an American staple. I went for the Swedish Pancakes. I dont know if it was this particular store or across the chain,... but the pancakes had changed. Tasted like wheat. And berry butter wasnt happening. Service was great. Food was good. Portionswere much smaller. Coffee was awesome. I will try another store. Read more

Place are nice and very friendly staff. Price are very reasonable and good place to eat if you are watching your diet. I had a... grilled tilapia with rice medley, broccoli and garlic bread and it was just right portion and delicious. My son had a ham andcheese omelettes with pancakes. Excellent service, staff are so attentive and caring. Menu is so full of options for breakfast. Prices are average. The Shakes... were So Good, don?t miss the strawberry shake. Omelettes were good but pan cakes were just about average. Service was fast eventhough it was crowded. Recommended for last minute breakfast thoughts. Read more
Service was fine. Place was clean enough but the quality of the food has gone waaaay down. I cleaned my plate and left hungry.... My over easy eggs were gelatinous. It was so expensive. I get more for less at Black Bear. ???? Used to like it here. Read more
