The food is good. But the customer service needs a lot of work. Especially if you?re trying to call ahead. They never understand... you and will only allow you to order the family meal over the phone and even that they?ll tell you to just come in and order itin person so if you?re trying to have it ready for you when you get there it won?t happen. I got the combo special with Broccoli Beef & Black Pepper Chicken with half rice half chow mein. Both are good. Sweet &... Sour Pork, Green Bean Chicken, & Egg Foo Young are good as well. Don't go too much after 6:15. They stop cooking fresh food soyou can only get what is already there. Online says they close at 7:30 but I believe they close at 7p. Read more
I do not recommend this place the food is raw and nasty. I order a plate and I went back because the chicken was literally raw... and it smell horrible and I went to get my money back and they refused to give it to me so I ask them polite if they could atleast give me a new plate And said no. Absolutely DISGUSTING I am only giving it a one star because I have to I ordered some chicken wings here . It was gummy and... smelt under cook . I nearly throw up so I returned them she was rude and said no refunds . I wouldn?t recommend here I should ofknow better before I ordered she was rude to the customer before me smh . Read more
It's amazing how this place has so many great reviews. I got teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, chow mein and rice. The chicken... was SO GROSS and chewy. I hate chewy chicken. The noodles tasted like soap. The white rice was the only thing I deemed asedible. I threw it all up within 20 mins. Never again Read more
I would love to give them a higher rating but I pulled up (admittedly 5min before closing, but BEFORE closing) and I watched... them notice me pull up then lock the door and flip the open sign to closed. It wouldn't have cost them a thing to stay open afew more minutes just to let me run in! I just got off work and didnt wanna go anywhere else but I guess they couldnt bebothered. By far the best I ever had. They are so sweet and always smiling with really good customer service. They are very fast and they... really give u what you pay for plus more. Getting a combo plate, you get basically four entrees, any other Chinese restaurantgives you 3.. not only that, but they are not stingy with the food, they give plenty. By the way, I have been there severaltimes and never disappointed. I always leave out happy and satisfied. From now on, no more Panda Express, hophings is my placenow. Well done ???????? Read more
