Whenever the owner is there they skimp on the ice cream and he is very rude to both customers and employees. Today was the fifth... time that I?ve ordered online and gotten the smaller size even though I was charged for the bigger size. Terrible customer service! I placed an online order for an ice cream cake and it was canceled 1 hour before delivery claiming... that the store was closed even though it was 3pm during their open hours. Despite the cancelation, they still charged me for thecake. When I called to have the money refunded I was told that the manager wasn't at the store and only he could access pastorders. The girl who was on the line took down my info to forward it to him. I waited a day and never received a follow-up callso I called back again. I called on 4 different occasions throughout the day and no one picked up! This is the worst cold stone I?ve been to. The customer service is horrible and when we were over charged for items we did not... order, I asked for it to be corrected and the girl at the register actually looked at another worker and said in front of us.?I?m just going to quit right now, I don?t even want to deal with this?
