I had the $ 6 smokehouse chicken deal. Small chicken but tasted good. Comes with mashed potatoes [ no choice of side ] & a... honey butter biscuit. I also got the peach cobbler. Small but good. I will definitely order these again. Yummo Read more
The food wasn't the issue it was good . While I waited inside for my food I was the only customer inside I could hear the staff... making fun of drive thru customers orders whether they forgot to add a item or they called an item something else by mistake I'msorry but I will not ever go back to that restaurant the staff is very unprofessional they simply didn't care who heard andprobably don't care . I ordered from Uber Eats. 3pc combo with corn on the cob, extra large mac and cheese, extra biscuits. I received no corn, small... mac and cheese, large mashed potatoes, rolls instead of biscuits and chicken was cold and stale tasting like it had been sittingout for a long while. Total waste of $$. Do you like a LOT of attitude with your chicken order?! I recently stopped by this location because I didn't want to drive... across town to Popeye's. I was the only customer at Church's at the time. I gave my order over the speaker; 2-piece combo witha wing and a thigh as well as a jalapeno pepper. I'm certain of my order because I always order the same thing regardless ofthe chicken joint. Although i was the only customer, I waited a full 5-minutes for my order. My mistake was not checking theorder prior to leaving. I got home to discover that my thigh and wing had become a breast and a drumstick...and no jalapenopepper. I drove back and informed them of the error. Immediately I was met with pronounced rudeness from the woman at thewindow. She demanded my receipt twice and twice I told her that I'd left it at home. It seemed like the fix should have beenvery simple; take the food back and give me what I asked for. No, this woman was insisting that I didn't specify which pieces Iwanted (which was ridiculous given that I had repeated my order twice over the loud speaker) and she also insisted that I'dnever asked for the jalapeno. What did this Ambassador of Congeniality to then? She told me that I had to pay for the singlejalapeno pepper as though I hadn't just driven all the way back to get this order straght. This woman couldn't spell "CustomerService" if you spotted her all of the vowels! Goodbye, Church''s.
