I placed an online order to be picked up by my husband. Our order was missing 2 items that I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.... The receipt is correct, but the bag is missing what we paid for. In addition, we ordered our sandwiches to be toasted and theyclearly are not. Perhaps this subway location should inform customers that any order placed online will be made the way theperson working at the time sees fit. You can't even call the number to complain as the phone number goes to a voicemail box thatis full and unable to take messages. This will be the LAST time I order from this store. Read more

This location has absolutely nothing to accommodate a family. They have no highchairs or tables to fit more then a family of... four. The girl who served us was rude and very short with her words. She almost acted like we were bothering her just byordering food. On top of that they have no restrooms for thier customers. Their customers have to rely on other nearbyrestaurants for a restroom. We definitely will not come back to this location. Read more

Went there for pastrami sandwiches. They do not carry pastrami anymore. They did offer it for a long time after other... locations stopped. So i would go 16 miles out of my way to this location. Went to mission burrito insted. Would have spent 30for lunch had i got my pastrami. Read more

Food was good. I wouldn't eat there again in the future as I need a bathroom to wash my hands thoroughly from my job at the... horse stables. I can get most of it off, but sometimes carry a little poop with me. Oh well. I probably didn't contaminatemuch Read more

Very poor service and dry food. We went into this location on a Saturday after being at Magic Mountain. It was me, my two sons... and my sister. I placed and order for myself and my sons and my sister placed her own order, I paid for my food and noticed thatI was charged for my sister's sandwich. Instead of refunding my card and charging my sister correctly for their mistake, theyleft it on my card and charge my sister for her chips and drink. The lady never once asked if all four meals were together andapparently thought that I was paying for three meals and one extra sandwich while my sister was just getting chips and adrink....doesn't make much sense. One of my sons had the meatball sandwich and the bread was so dry it was crumbling and themeatballs were dry and not much sauce on them. My son said that was the driest meatball sandwich he had ever had. My other sonhad the tuna sandwich and again dry bread to the point of crumbling. My sandwich was the Subway Club and again super dry breadplus brown lettuce. This place really needs to teach their employees what customer service is and how to be at least a littlebit friendly when dealing with customers. Will never return to this location again! Read more

An acceptable standard of customer service. The associates are friendly and accomadating, especially with their "regulars". The... fare is "Subway fresh"; a good place to purchase a sandwich of reliable quality. A nice alternative to fast food for the kids. Read more

The employees were friendly, and competent.The store was clean. This might sound silly- but my coca-cola (from the soda ftn.)... was really good; like, really well carbonated, with perfect ratio of syrup (likely cause the machine we is being properlymaintained... which most places fail to do... nothing like a good coke!)...
