Wish I can give a 0 star I told the guy for plant based milk and he said oh oops and didn?t even wash the blender for more than... a second and I?m like bro I can?t have milk and he then gets moody and slams it shut and gets a new one and makes it . I don't go here much but it's a typical Starbucks, never really busy so service is quick.
Horrible experience with the Bautista, paid extra money & did not get my extra Carmel drizzle , my Frappuccino looked water... down. My moms ice tea was asked with light ice & got more ice in the cup then tea. They accidentally forgot to give me my cakepops & Bartista said unnecessary comment just cause I'm Hispanic. You can literally recharge your phone and your synapses in the same place. Pretty decent for a Target café.
They didn?t have either item I wanted. Luckily I had a back up, but even that I waited 15 minutes for. To make it worse I said... no dairy, use almond milk. Every time I come in and grab a coffee here, I regret it. So slow, even though there are 5 people behind the counter. They have... no idea how to ring you up. There are too many people making a single drink so beware, you may have double pumps of syrup inyour drink even though you've ordered half the normal pumps. So disappointing. :-( Read more
FOLKS, LOOK INTO THE CUPS BEFORE DRINKING. This place is not very careful or sanitary with the cups they use. I got a cup of... ice water and found a piece of something that was an inch long and thin what appeared to be either piece of food particle,plastic or paper in tan color floating at the bottom of the cup. I realize that debris can enter the cups at times butregardless they need to inspect before pouring drink in them. Because of this experience, I WILL NOT trust this place for anydrink they sell from now on. LOOK INTO YOUR CUPS AFTER ORDERING, LATTE, WATER, ETC... DO NOT ASSUME THEY KEEP THEIR CUPS CLEAN.ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC... I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Read more
