Went here on Dec 23 at 4:40pm and the employee was very impatient when I was trying to order. There was no line for him to be... impatient and when I tried to seek knowledge regarding pretzel flavors, he seemed annoyed and was not responding properly. Iended up walking away because of the attitude. He did not have a name tag but he is a chubby hispanic guy. Read more
This store has no professionalism at all and no basic customer service skills for those who is willing to use coupons. I... presented a coupon that clearly written 'limit one offer per person' and employee said it is 'per family' instead. Also, shesaid that she was instructed by manager like that. I never knew this amazing place was in this mall. Perhaps it is new?ish? The almond pretzel is unbelievable. If you never tried... it, you must. Pairs well with caramel, but not required.
