Wendys why can't you properly train your workers how to handle food or make orders in a clean safe manner. Your female night... manager on duty 10.3.2022 9:30pm is useless and need to be FIRED. The guy with the Hot Pink Pony tail making the food gonnaget people sick touching everything around him freezer door , fry station, food monitor buttons and keep grabbing his hatwith the same Gloves on and then grab grill chicken with no tongues and making more orders. He gonna make people sick. The ownerneeds to go under cover and fix these issues. Read more

Very slow to cook orders, out of cup lids out front, had to ask at the counter (and wait for the young male employee to go grab... it in slow motion) if you are trying to get fast food and get back on the interstate this is not the place. Maybe they wereseverely understaffed on July 28th, but it didn't look like it to me. If you don't mind waiting, my order was correct and thefood was fine. Read more

I'm just repeating what others have said. The service here is ultra slow, as if they're making all the ingredients from scratch.... I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my small order. This is supposed to be fast food, but it's not. Plus, this Wendy's is at atruck stop, which should require faster service, since these people are traveling and don't have time to sit around. Not surewhy it's taking so long. They said something about my order getting bumped off of the order screen. According to them, thishappens often and frustrates the workers as well. I won't be coming back to this Wendy's. Read more

Walked inside because a sign was in the drive thru stating closed, order inside. When I go inside the manager was talking to one... employee and the cook was standing around. Cook proceeded to tell me they were closed. Manager escaped to the back office andother employee scattered as well. I live a 1/4 mile away so I called to get managers name when I get home. I asked the managerwhy they were closed at 10:00 when hours stated midnight. He said they were not closed. So someone was lying, either the cook orthe Manager. This happens routinely. Hire lazy workers and managers and it will affect Wendy?s bottom line. Zaxbys andChick-fil-A in the area have no problem with having enough employees so you cannot use that excuse. Wendy?s regional andcorporate management needs to cut the lazy employees. Read more

Worst Wendy's we have ever stopped at while traveling. Very slow service. Cashier yawning while taking our order. All the tables... were filthy and the floor was the same way. Vulgar music playing for my kids to hear. Will not be coming back to this one. Read more

Just can?t come into this Wendy?s again. 3 employees with tons of people standing in line, the manager nowhere to be found.... Those who are actually working here are overwhelmed, slowly walking around like zombies and act like they could just walk out atany time. This particular restaurant could do better. Read more

I realize it was a holiday weekend. Store was busy. Only 3 people in line when manager told cashier to stop taking orders till... fries caught up. I wasn't there for fries. Burger & frosty only. 35 minutes & 5 batches of fries later they finally startedtaking orders again !! Service is always slow at this store but that was ridiculous ???? !! Read more

Service was good. The employees were nice. The tables needed needed to be wiped with a clean rag or a cleaner with paper... towels because they looked dirty. It was like a dirty rag was used and the water dried leaving behind spots. The food wasgood. It is open attached to the Pilot gas station. They had one of those Coca-Cola machines that dispenses any flavor comboyou want. All in all attached very good experience. Read more
