Went through drive through St Augustine rd Wendy?s I was handed a second bag with 2 baked potatoes with 2 cheese sauce... containers that had been filled with salt , the lids was not put on properly and had spilled all over my order the amount ofsalt in the 2 containers was outrageous in the bag .I notified the cashier who said they was out of salt packs so he filled thecheese sauce container?s with salt .I asked for the manager to come to the window . I showed the manager the bag full of salt .Her response was what do you want me to do . No customer service what so ever . She definitely was having a bad day. I respondedI want a bag that is not full of wasted salt . I reached up to hand her the bag asking do you have hold of my bag . Sheresponded yes . Once she took my bag she dropped it on the floor out side the drive through window . She then bent out thewindow picked my bag off the floor yelling pull up then slammed the window shut . The new bag I received had 2 smashed up potatoes in . Looked liked she put the potatoes that she picked up off the drive through side walk back in a new bag so I wasnot able to eat the food . I did call upper management who said he would pull cameras later that day . I still have not receiveda response .The order was placed on Wednesday at just before 11am here it is Friday and haven?t received a call back yet . Idefinitely will never return to this location and had no option to put 1 star to write this review. Read more
SO...my daughter orders Wendy's A baconator and this is what they sent???? Seriously Wendy's!?? I wouldn't of given you a star... at all but I had to to write this review smh Read more
The order was right. The people were friendly. The fries were hot and the prices are always fair. I'm very critical of... drive-throughs and let me tell you their drive-thru moved. Was it like a rabbit no. But it wasn't McDonald's that's for sure Read more
We ordered online because we have large family, 7 people, and because we have to order with no buns for dietary restrictions.... This usually helps make it easier for most fastfood restaurants, but this establishment ignored our order. Once they finallybegan it, it was another 20 minutes to put it together. By that time everyone's order was cold. Worst tasting Wendy's I've everhad as well. Thankfully this is not our home town Wendy's so we will not be returning. Read more
Please skip this stop! I used to be a fan of Wendy's. Why did the manager yell at the cashier, B.J to hold the order taking? ... There are only a few people in the restaurant. She then allowed team members to laugh at and talk about another employee infront of customers. They all should have been focused on doing a more efficient job. This is poor leadership and creates lowteam morale, Bullying is unacceptable and especially targeting a senior citizen. I hope this is not acceptable to Wendy'scorporate team. BJ was the only one acknowledging customers and smiling even though she was being heckled by a woman with long,red hair and eyelashes past her nose. Perhaps an undercover corporate visit would open some eyes and stimulate change. Chickfil A will always win, because they have great customer service and team spirit. Read more
