They are pretty good for a mini Starbucks. They even know me by name (probably not a good thing in my part ???? ). They stay... pretty busy, but still manage to get the orders out fast. My biggest complaint is they ALWAYS run out of the Tomato Mozzarella,which they are polite about and usually ask if I want a different sandwich and they list those off. Which wouldn't be a bigdeal, but the tomato mozzarella is the only one with out meat... So it's fruitless for me. Read more
One of my favorite stops when in Valdosta. Baristas are always kind and create my coffee beverages perfectly.
A coffee shop serves no purpose if you can't buy coffee. I have twice stood in line for over 20 minutes and the line moved no... more than a few feet. There are two registers but the second one is NEVER open. Both times I have ended up leaving withoutcoffee because of the extreme wait. Read more
Asked for my tea to be shaken instead of made in the cup like I?ve watched them do numerous times and was told ?it depends on... the line?. Then, even after asking and this statement, the girl made a point NOT to shake my tea but to take it and flip it backand forth between cups... it would?ve been easier to just put the lid on the container and shake it. Making a point of beingrude just made the whole experience longer. I love this store because it?s on campus. Bri, Oc, Miss Jackie are all wonderfuland kind people but the atmosphere changes when it comes to the mid and night crew. Read more
Food was so fresh. The staff was friendly and sociable. It has a nice interior.
Most of the employees here are pretty helpful. I would give it a five, but some of them don't follow the recipees of the drinks... so it depends on who's working what drink you get. Read more
We got here at 10:45 pm and they were already closed when the site said 11pm. I had to use the drive in. The espresso was bad.... And then we sat outside. Since was closed we had a cigarette. But now here we go we were told cant smoke. But if its closed andnobody outside what's the point? Very unfriendly. Read more
This location is in Valdosta State University's Student Union. The Starbucks reward service is not available to be used. There... is always a wait but that is normal for a Starbucks. The staff is always friendly when I go. Read more
