Not only was the service the slowest I?ve ever seen but the male employee was making fun of customers (which, they could hear... him) for speaking a foreign language. Just make the coffee and keep your racism at home. Read more
Beyond impressed my family stopped here while evacuating hurricane Ian, and my daughter left my purse. We were over 75miles away... before we noticed, they kept it safe and locked up for a week!!!! Every single thing was in my purse, including my cash!!!!Thank God for good people oh and our coffees both trips were delicious too. Read more

Car line outside was incredibly long who decided to go inside. Very fast service full crew at noon on a Monday. Certainly not... cutting corners. Super fast service and everything was perfect. I was shocked by how fresh and clean the inside look. Definitelydid not expect that. Read more
Tonight I had the worst Starbucks experience of my entire life in this store. The manager "Justin" was given numerous... opportunities to make the situation better and simply refused to do anything more than give a negative attitude andarguments. When I arrived at the store I ordered a nitro cold brew as I've done countless times elsewhere. He told me that themachine was down and compressor needs fixing blah blah blah and so I requested a cold brew. He indicated that they were out ofthat as well. He then offered me iced coffee which I accepted and as he rang up the total I realized he was simply charging mefull price for a beverage I don't really love. When I mentioned this to him he responded that there was nothing he could do. Isuggested this was not a great customer experience and he stared back with a blank face. I then asked if there was anotherstore in the area that served my desired beverage and he said he thought so. I asked him to call them and confirm while I usedthe restroom and he told me the name of the store when I came out. When I punched that store into my map I saw it was alreadyclosed. I asked him about it and he said he wasn't sure if they had changed their hours. When I asked him whether he had justattempted to send me to a closed store he just kept repeating he didn't know which is strange if he had actually called thestore. I asked him for the phone number of a manager and he said he didn't have one. I asked him for the corporate number andhe said he doesn't have it. He told me to look in the app so I pulled out the app and asked him to show me where the number isand he said he didn't know. I asked him again if he would make any attempt at customer service to remedy the situation. Withthe consistent attitude he asked me what I wanted to make it right. Road tripping!!! If there are no local coffee places, Starbucks is the next best place to stop to get that energy jolt (and use... the internet). Very busy! BE NICE! Drive thru was crowded, I needed to stretch my legs anyways so I went in (which wasn't toocrowded). Employees were nice, store was clean with plenty of places to sit (as well as outside). Drink was just how Irequested (iced vanilla latte, nothing freaky for God's sake). Will definitely stop again if in the area. Read more
Need to completely revamp their drive-through lane. It was impossible to park in the parking lot because all travel lanes were... blocked by drive-thru customers. Had to park at another business and walk to the store. Other than that, it's exactly what youexpect in a Starbucks, love it or hate it. Read more
