Wish I could give a zero star rating. I've always loved pizza hut but I will never go again. I placed an online order, granted I... placed the order at the Adel location so the fault is mine. When I got to pizza hut in Valdosta I was told I didn't place anorder, I showed the girl my order on my phone. She then asked if there was a date for the order ( Which I showed her) made mefeel like I was lying to her for free food. She then called a shift lead up front for help, then I noticed that I placed theorder at the wrong store. So I asked how we could fix this and the girl and shift lead then began talking to an employee who wasleaving ???? like my problem didn't matter. This is obviously the point that I became upset as I just spent 100$ and had peoplewaiting for me to arrive with pizza. So I told the girl that I just wanted my money back and asked her how I could do this. Shetold me I wouldn't get my money back. We went back and forth until she finally called for the manager. She continued to have anattitude while I was talking to him trying to get my money back. The manager had to tell her to stop. So then she literallystepped to the side and began eating chicken wings. I'm a general manager at a restaurant and I would have never allowed myemployees to treat a customer this way or Stand there eating where customers can see you. It's actually a health code violationand I will report it. Absolute worst experience ever. Read more
Ordered pizza at 10:30pm told it would be 30 min. Waited an hour not a big deal but called. Was told it was 8 min away. ... Waited another hour then they said door dash had just picked it. I didn't order it through door dash so ask for a refund saidit woulld take 5 days. Still no pizza. It should be considered theft if you pay for something and never receive it. Read more
This doesn?t even deserve one star. I can see why Pizza Hut is no longer #1 in Pizza. Ordered the 2 medium one topping for... $6.99. Waste of money and gas. You have definitely loss me. I?m a Marcos guy. Maybe you should revamp your Pizza like Dominoesdid. This is just pathetic. Read more
I am absolutely 100% impressed with this Pizza Hut they were closing in 20 minutes and they took our order anyway they made it... perfectly and delivered late and very quickly I want to thank everyone that was working tonight 6-13-2922 they did amazing job Ihighly recommend this Pizza Hut ? We stopped here twice on our way to and from Panama City. The first time a very friendly younger girl took our order, and the... second time the manager did. He was also super friendly and made sure our pizzas came out well done like we wanted them. I'm notused to such great service at a Pizza Hut, because if you tell the staff in Hinesville that you'd like your pizza crunchy,they'll still bring it out half raw. We were very pleased with our experience here in Valdosta, and the pizza tastedamazing! Definitely recommend this place! Read more
No menus (staff said they have asked and asked and the manager will not order them), no dine in (dining room just blocked off),... but the staff was friendly. 2.5 is average out of 5, so, slightly below average. The Pizza Hut experience used to be so good,but at least the food still tastes great. Read more
