I want to place an order for pickup so I call earlier and ask what time they take their last order. the lady on the phone say... 2:30pm and I try to call around 2:10pm nobody is picking up the phone I try like 5 times still the same. So I call from anotherphone and someone pickup and they say we already close now call tomorrow rudely, that time was 2:20. and then I told him theytold me earlier your last order time is 2:30 ,and I ask can I talk with them ? He was so rude he doesn't want to give her thephone. they have very poor customer service . If your food is good but their is zero customer service please don't go, takeyour money somewhere else. WOW! I absolutely enjoyed the Lamb Tikki Masala. It was a large portion of food, so I was able to enjoy an additional meal out... of it the next day. It was just as amazing as when I first ate it. The sauce was spectacular and the lamb cooked perfectly! Iwill be taking my family in for a meal next week. Truly, an amazing artistry of food! Read more

I tried an Indian food place that was once here. Did not like and thought Indian food wasn?t my thing. I tried again and went... with a different place (Passage to India) and have been OBSESSED. I even have my husband addicted to it and everything we tryoff the menu, we LOVE! Also, the customer service is amazing. Tonight, my daughter and I had to go to a bridal shower so on myway home my husband called in a pick up order. There was a minor miscommunication on my part so I accidentally picked up someoneelse?s order (our orders were very similar so it was an easy oversight). The girl was so prompt that when I left, she called myhusband to try to resolve the issue (I still didn?t realize I chose the wrong order at this time). I was close enough to bringit back by (they seal the bags) and she literally brought my original order OUT TO MY CAR with the biggest apology and smileeven with it being my fault. This is my first review to leave for a place but felt it was needed because this service was justimpeccable! We have never done a call in order, usually door dash, so our first call in experience was amazing. Great customerservice and great food is hard to come by these days so definitely try this place! Very poor / no customer service. We were traveling (with two young kids) from Orlando to Chattanooga and were near Valdosta at... about 8.30 pm. We called in to see if they could accommodate us . First we were told that it?s okay if we could make it by 8.45( official closing time 9 pm). Then it changed to, you can only take out, even if the official time of this place is 9pm. Whenwe reached there to pickup the food, a young lady at the counter was still trying to argue that we couldn?t accommodate us as wecame in at 8.45. On top, the food quality was below average. The minced lamb and okra was too oily. The okra fry had pieces oftop portion of okra, which usually is discarded. My first and last visit here unfortunately?. Read more
