Chicken in the salad was very fatty and nearly inedible. Had to perform surgery on my salad to eat it.
I ordered the wrong drink in the drive-thru, and they fixed it and gave me both drinks. Two drinks for the price of one! Thank... you, Tiffany! I eat here all the time and never have a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the food isdelicious. Read more
My boyfriend and I are driving to Georgia and wanted something quick but not really fast food. We ordered through the Panera app... and did a pickup order. There was no help when we walked in. The employee said there were cups out and that I could choose any,but there were only small coffee cups available and I ordered a medium soda. When we finally opened up our sandwiches on theroad, both were missing several items that were paid for as extras. I am very disappointed, especially since I used to work at aPanera and know how the employee is supposed to triple check everything before putting it out. Read more
Take out salad was fast and fresh; mac and cheese order was hot and delicious. Yummy brownies. Coffee was lukewarm, but they... quickly made me a fresh cup (although now I?m convinced that coffee is not their forte?). Read more
Take out was fast and our order was correct. The food was good, but the sandwiches were hit and miss. I had the Chipotle Chicken... Avocado Melt and it was mostly bread with little contents between the slices. Our other sandwiches seemed to be fine. Read more
My wife and I stopped in for lunch at about 1:15. I ordered a half turkey and avocado BLT and summer squash soup. The soup was... fine but ended up getting cold by the time I had the manager come out and look at the mess of a sandwich I was served. Afterpicking up the sandwich, I asked the manager to come to the table. I pointed out the lettuce pieces that were brown and black. Not a pieces of lettuce, but what looked like lettuce scraps. The tomato wasn't a slice of tomato, but the leftovers. One smallpiece of avocado was smashed into the top of the sandwich. The bacon was undercooked and soft. As I was describing and showingit to the manager, she kept saying "Okay", until she informed me that was the way the bacon was usually made. I explained thatin my experience, the bacon would be crunchy, but what I had was undercooked. Her response was that IF I wanted, she wouldrefund the cost of the sandwich. No offer to remake the sandwich, and it wasn't until I brought it to her attention that all shehad done was defend the undercooked bacon that she then admitted the sandwich was under par. And offered to refund the cost ofthe sandwich. She never offered to remake the sandwich the way it should be. I declined the refund offer as I told her that itwould appear that was my intent when I really wanted her to know what the problem was. Now the soup was cold and not nearly asgood as it was before the manager got there. My wife's Southwestern lime and chicken salad was also unappetizing and went mostlyuneaten. We are done with Panera in Valdosta and will be difficult to tempt to Panera anywhere. At my age if I get poor serviceand poor food I just don't bother to try it anymore. Read more
