I must have arrived at a bad time for service because the only lady that was working drive thru was our front arguing with a... gentleman that I assume was her mate. After she went inside she never came in the drive thru speaker. So I left. Other timesI've visited were mediocre. World's smallest Burger takes the longest to serve. Read more

I don?t normally leave reviews, but it was just that bad. I?ve been coming to Krystal?s since I was a kid.. I?ve always been a... huge fan, but over the last few years they?ve seriously gone down hill. It?s honestly to the point it?s no longer edible. I hadsome of the worst food I?ve ever eaten come from there a couple months ago, but decided to give it another try.. the hotdogstaste like Vienna sausages or some low quality meat and the chili on the chili cheese fries taste like dog food. Waited 30 minutes to pick up an order of Krystal burgers. Had me pull to side while I watched you serve 6 cars after me, then... had me pull around to serve two more people before me. Wouldn't be a big deal if it were for me, but it was being delivered andit cost me a lot of time which is all I have in this job. Lobby was closed, no way it should take a half hour for 12 miniKrystal burgers. The drive-thru lady even raised her voice to me saying how busy they were... can't be that busy.. only 3 carsfit in the drive thru lane at a time and lobby was closed. Food was horrible! Absolutely horrible. You can tell they just rewarm the food. They made us sit for 15 minutes for reheated... food. The chicken had ? white spots? on them as well. Girl in drive thru wasn?t friendly, no hospitality at all! there weremoments where she tried to push herself to be friendly (because we were overly friendly to her) but she failed. I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is the worst. When I first walked in it smelled like a sewer. Then I went to the... counter and was ignored for too long. When the staff finally acknowledged I was there she was not very friendly. Then the foodwas prepared with as much care as the counter service. We were given something other than what we ordered ...and rushed because it was almost closing time. A week ago we had the... experience that i described above ... So we decided ok ... We will try this again. And this time ... The appearance wasunappealing and not tasty at all. Too much salt in the chilli on the pups. Thank you Krystals but no thx to ordering again. Asked for no onions, was told they were cooked with onions and they would scrape them off if we wanted. We said don't even worry... about it, we'll take the onions. They asked us to pull forward, so we did. After 40 minutes (no exaggeration) and watchingothers receive their orders who came after us, we went inside. They said our food was never put in. Although our truck waspulled forward and others were parked, which means she had to walk past us to pass out food to others. And once we went in,there was barely even an apology.
