Chicken was half cooked and I stay far from KFC. I tried calling and the line stayed busy. I will not return there again

2 WORDS........ Fast & Fresh????????. My 1st visit to this location. It was an EXCELLENT experience. That new chicken n waffles... sandwich is the BEST THING SINCE the Chic Fila sandwich ????.
