I like the convenience of this place. I always feel welcomed. But sometimes the coffee taste leaves terrible bitter and burned... flavor. I?m a coffee maniac which means I can drink any kind of coffee as long as it smells like it. But there are times when Ihave to just throw it away when I buy it from here. A also never buy any drinks like latte flavored coffee drinks. The ratio ofcoffee and milk with syrups leaves no flavor of coffee whatsoever. Yuck. I?ve been a customer for months now & they have been awesome but this last time was so unpleasaThey forgot the sausage to the... pretzel & I went up there and ask them and they said it was weird because they pre made them ! That?s weird because the breadwould be super soggy . After that I said I have proof of it , like I was lying about this . & the lady said all I can do is giveyou 10% . After working there for 2 weeks I had a unexpected accident, where I broke my knee cap, fractured my elbow and dislocated my... shoulder, I was told I would have a job when I got back on my feet. After 8 to 9 weeks I go back I'm not 100% not going to befor awhile I made that very clear, after only 8 days being back I was let go do to not being fast enough do to my injuries. Themanagers and staff are awesome! The owners are the ones who made the decision to let me go, couldn't tell me face to face no,they had a manager text me. I've very upset with their actions and reasons. I was told by so many how amazing they thought I wasand how great I was doing, had no warning of any kind that I was going to be fired. I tried on many occasions to make sure Iwasn't a burden, and make sure I was at least doing a good job. I kept getting reinsuranced that I was doing great. But here Iam unemployed. Read more
I really like this place. Teas are good, coffee is good. My only complaint is I ordered a Hawaiian salted Carmel coconut and it... tasted like they forgot to put coffee in it. Which is disappointing because I always tip 15%. Other than that this place isalways wonderful. Staff is delightful, welcoming, and gives good recommendations on what to get. Got their small "koala" hug in a mug breakfast cup that was delicious (sausage, eggs, & grits w/butter to add) & an iced floral... latte. I enjoyed both, the floral latte was phenomenal. The atmosphere & aesthetic is pleasing & comfortable, gives you a warm &inviting feel. The staff were professional & kind. You can order online; they have dine-in, takeout, & even a drive thru. Ihighly recommend & look forward to trying more or they menu in the future. Read more
