Wow! We came in last night with a party of 10, 30 mins before closing. The food was hot and very good. They had a new girl... working and she was doing her best, but messed up a few orders. We told them, that it was fine, but the team got together andtook care of us and got us what we ordered. The whole team was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come backagain. I asked for fresh hot food & was ignored at the window. I get food & it?s warm. The fries were Soggy. The grilled tenders were... cold. I parked & went inside to have it remade or refunded. Manager on duty told me my food was made 10 minutes ago furtherinforming me it was NOT fresh and hot. Walked off nonchalantly. I asked for a refund because it just didn?t seem genuine but sherefused refund. She made food over & it was just like I wanted initially. It?s better fresh. The food was good and the tenders were big enough that a 3-piece would of been plenty. The down side is the meals do not include... drinks and any extra sauces cost $0.59. You can expect to spend more than most other places that offer a full meal, with drink,and choice of sauce. I would eat here again, but not regularly based on the price. Read more

Girl at the drive thru was sweet, but omg the food was horrible. Tried to give a new business a chance and I couldn?t even eat... the food. The food was not fresh at allllllll, fries had been sitting and chicken tenders were dry as heck. I couldn?t eat mymeal. Fresh food should be a given, I shouldn?t have to ask. Absolutely one of the best chicken finger places I?ve been. Had both fried and grilled and they get it right. Customer service... is very friendly, fries are always hot and fresh. I recently ordered Huey Magoo's for delivery. It was great, I had to try it again. I placed another order for pickup a couple... days later. As a customer, I've never felt more unwelcome. The staff, who was not even slightly busy, was eager to say hi toeach other, but greeting the customer seems to have been lost on them. After being ignored for several minutes, I was finallyasked if I was Doordash. No, I was a customer. After receiving my order, without any kind of "thank you" or "no problem" fromthe staff, I headed home. The food was good. Would've been a lot better if it didn't feel like I was bothering Huey Magoo'semployees. I also would have liked the extra sauces I ordered yet didn't receive. I'm guessing this is acceptable for HueyMagoo's staff. It seemed just part of the atmosphere. I certainly hope this apathy towards the customer doesn't reflect how thefood is prepared.
