This used to be a very good Hardee's with friendly employees, but not anymore. I was the only person in line to order and it... took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come take my order even though 3 employees kept looking at me. I was actually leaving whensomeone finally came. I should have, instead I ordered. It took 20 minutes to get our food which consisted on 2 kids hamburgermeals and a regular chicken strip. When we finally got our food, one hamburger that was ordered plain was loaded, the chickenwas burnt, the hamburgers charred black. None of the food was editable. By this time we we're going to be late to a doctor'sappointment so we ended up throwing the food away and leaving. After the appointment the kids were starving so I had to takethem somewhere to finally get food we could eat. My husband did the maintenance on this store for over 10 years and it was agood place with good employees. Since the ownership has changed it has steadily gone down hill to the point of being horrible. I will definitely never be back!! Read more
My overall experience here was ok, I don't eat here, but a family member likes it, so hey to each it's own by choice.
In my experience lately, if you use the app, you still have to wait because they don't prepare your order until you come to pick... it up. I will be switching to another franchise. Read more
Did not get my order right at all. I ordered a loaded omelette biscuit, it was not loaded at all, only egg. I also ordered three... large hash browns and only got two and a small. I was told they were out of Dr. Pepper and when i tried it at the fountain itworked fine. Also asked for an orange juice and paid for it, then i was told that they were out. Read more
I wish I could give no stars! This was the most horrible experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant? I made an order on the app... to pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, found out even though it was an option on the app, we couldn?t get the curly crispsas they didn?t offer them at this location, one of our burgers didn?t have bacon like it was supposed to, and to top it all off2 of the burgers were super messy!! They looked like they were thrown together in the dark!! Both of the burgers that we askedto have no tomatoes and other toppings on them were those instructions followed. Food was not fresh, it was cold and the taste was horrible. The meat was cooked and left out the edges was so hard. My son and I... both took a bite and it was a no go. Fries - hard as a rock!!! Read more
I ordered the 1/3 Frisco Burger and Onion Rings. The customer service was great but the food quality was not good at all. The... onion rings were way over cooked and I didn't even eat. The Frisco was ok, but definitely needed to be toasted a little longer. Read more
I have gone thru drive thru 5 weekends in a row and have not had the order right ever!!!! 3 times I have received something... other then what I ordered!!!!! And I always order medium size but never get medium other then the drink, so if you can not dothe service then just close up?!!!
