It was the worst. The wait was long. The sandwich was awful. Fries were cold by the time I got the sandwich. I won't go back... there. Cashier didn't even say sorry for your wait. Read more

Appears to have staffing issues. Only 2 employees working were doing the best they could.

Every time we come here we are pulled up waited 10 minutes then went in side only 1 person on back line the rest was huddled up... talking when I finally got my food no apology was given hash brown were under cooked cinnamon roll was hard. I sill start with the Cashier working drive through was pleasant. She responded, to my greeting, which is rare. Most Fast-food... employees- bellows your total out, passes the bag, and may or may not even wish you a good day. My French Fries so very hot andsalty. (wonderful) Frisco bread was barely toasted /Grilled. The beef patty wasn't even warm, therefore my cheese did not meltthe slightest. Very frustrating to pay good money for sorry food - I wish Hardees employees were deducted for each meal thatisn't prepared correctly. Maybe then some would CARE about their jobs. Read more

The employees were talking about inappropriate stuff involving boys and afew other things at the time. Which honestly it took... over 20 minutes to get my food and they had 6 to 7 people in the store with only 4 orders on the screen. Truly, I have managed aSonic Drive-In before and should have said something about these poor presentation infeont of customer and how slow they were,but I was in a hurry so just left. Also the food was medium quality and not a quality display. A note to the General Manager andowner of the store, manage your employees better. Read more

I stop by for breakfast this morning, I ordered a chicken biscuit. I arrived at work expecting a golden brown piece of chicken... and was disgusted by a piece of chicken that was either over cooked or cooked in burnt grease. Read more
