Drove up, said, "I'm here for pumpkin everything!" ???? Gotta have my pumpkin spice during the fall. Anyway, asked for hot... pumpkin latte and pumpkin muffin. Was handed an iced latte. Reminded I asked for hot. The problem was corrected. I didn't mindwaiting because I had nothing else to do, but I felt bad for the person behind me. Got half way home, pulled out my muffin torip of the top...it's ewey gooy chocolate, chocolate chip. I love chocolate, but I stopped for "pumpkin everything." I turnedaround, drove back, waited in line again, told the person that I must have gotten someone else's order by mistake. It tookanother 7 minutes to get the correct muffin. I should have asked for it unmicrowaved because it was piping hot which reduces theflavor and satisfaction of pulling the top off just right as you're driving away. Today was the third time I've been given incorrect change for my order. Each time I've politely stated that my change was... incorrect abd each time I was told, "I rung it up wrong, but it will be fine." And I've replied, "No, it's not because I'm beingshorted my change, therefore your till will be off." And so went the conversation until I just left. Please help ensure you arereceiving the correct change when paying cash. Read more
On August 22, 2022, I ordered a medium cocoa from the Valdosta location and the staff gave me a small. I patiently asked her was... she sure that she handed me medium a cup, she responded yes. I asked her to look at the cup to make sure then she finallycorrected the cups, but didn't make my drink over just poured the small into the medium cup. Read more
First time trying their coffee andet me just say that I have added this to my Google saved locations the next time I am... traveling through that area. Hands down some of the best cold brew around. Love it !!!! Read more
Just moved to Valdosta from Nashville, TN and have visited Ellianos numerous times now within the 3 weeks I've been here, (I've... already fully stamped a loyalty card and have redeemed a free drink if that tells you anything). I've had nothing but anexcellent experience every time I go there and the staff is always super friendly ? I typically order a guilt free freeze and onone occasion one of the workers took her time to make fresh sugar free whip when they didn't have any ? stellar customerservice! On another note, the breakfast croissants are also amazing (and for only $4??). If you don't mind waiting an extracouple of minutes than a typical Starbucks visit (because these people take your order at the window and make your food anddrink to-order... ya know, fresh..) and want superb customer service and coffee, then I'd highly recommend Ellianos. Prices are going sky high and there's some shady business practices going on here as the menu says one price and they charge you... much higher prices for each drink. When you question about it or ask for the manager the manager is never there and they alwaysblame it on corporate. I would think corporate would give him new menus with the updated pricing. Also now their free drinkprogram is based off of your order instead of the quantity of drinks so if you buy five drinks you only get one stamp towardsyour 12 "drinks". I've been going here for a long time for my coffees, but I doubt I'll go here any longer. Read more
