Before leaving parking lot our fruit punch drinks were water down. Drinks were probably made early after waiting 30 mins in... line. Didn't want to wait in line inside to get a replacement. But when I tried to eat my food at home. Chicken patty tastedlike rubber, macaroni was not good. Read more
Took 30 mins to get my order. Which I understand food is usually great here and don't mind waiting in the line. But today my... fruit punch drink's were water down still being in the parking lot.. If you know there is a long line. Why do you make thedrinks early? I didnt want to wait in line inside for a replacement so I just left. Stood at register for several minutes before someone waited on me. Took some time to get our food as well. Tater rounds were... cold and a bit greasy. Ordered the spicy chicken biscuit and although it was hot and tasty, the chicken filet was very small andthere was way more biscuit than meat. Very disappointed. Read more
TOW TRUCK AND TRAFFIC DIRECTORS NEEDED AT THIS LOCATION ASAP!!! I placed an order on the mobile app and then I drove around the... building to get in line to go through to pick up my order. I could not get in the drive through line because there was a HUGEJUMBO GIANT SIZED SUV SITTING RIGHT WHERE VEHICLES HAD TO FLOW IN THE LINE!!! I circled for 30 minutes hoping this thing wouldmove because there was no way I could squeeze in the line with that huge thing sitting there!!! I finally had enough so I calledthe restaurant to cancel my order and the person who answered the phone magically could not hear me because she said I wasbreaking up!!! Never again will I fight that traffic at that place!! And they better hope and pray that they did not magicallycharge me for an order I was unable to pick up!! Great place per the norm. But this was the first time in life my order was messed up :-( they gave me a peach shake instead of... the Autumn Spice shake....which by the way is the best thing ever!!!
