It's ok, but because I go to VSU and at certain times of the day, it the only thing I and many other only can eat. I'm just sick... and tired of them at this point. Eating their food is tired out. To the point where I dont even eat it when I'm home. Read more
It's good most of the time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. I just don't appreciate when they keep running out of BBQ sauce... because that's the only sauce that I eat with my food. Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. Then theyhad no milkshakes that day to make up for it. Keep up with your stock. ???? I went when it was dead. 3 people ordered including myself. Lack of customer service. Employee complained about my milkshake the... proceeded to be on her phone. Overall rude. Got two stars cause my food was hot. Edit: This chick fill a is garbage. Customerservice is non-existent compared to others. I asked to use a gift card. I was told "we don't except gift cards" I asked why andwas told "we're express" I don't know what express is supposed to mean. They aren't fast. Food is warm enough to not be cold. This Chik-fil-A by far has the worst service I have ever received from a Chik-fil-A. I go to it only because my campus has... limited options. The staff is generally slow and rude. Maybe it is because they deal with rude college kids most of the day. Idon't know, but either way it doesn't matter. Step your game up VSU Chik-fil-A. I only gave one star because the food was stillgood. Read more
