I only put a one star because there is no zero available. I am utterly disgusted and horrified at the state a place that is... meant to serve food has plumited. There is mold, mildew, and water everywhere. I'm surprised noone has gotte food or lungpoisoning. I say this not to condem but to encourage change. UPDATE THE BUILDING for the customers as well as the employeessake. None should have to be let alone work in that environment. I'm talking to you HQ. Read more

My experience here is that I never ate here, but one of my family member has, they're food was no so good or bad, but the... temperature wasn't at it's best and long wait. Ordered online last night 7/11/2022 at the Captain D's in Valdosta, ga. Got the 4 PC fish meal with sides of 2 loaded baked... potatoes which is an extra $1.59 ea). When we picked it up they were out of baked potatoes! We asked if we could get a doubleorder of French fries and okra to sort of accomadate us for the $3.18 loss on the potatoes. They said they couldn't do that! Ieat here at least once a week! The fish was over cooked and very hard to eat! It was such an awful experience. I don't think Iwill be returning!!! Read more

The employee assumed my order was someone she was talking to. I went up to look since I ordered way ahead of him. I said it was... my order after looking at the ticket #. When I got home and checked my order they gave me fish instead of chicken on one of myservings. They used to show you your ordered food but she didn't. Read more
