Charge me twice for my order, told me it would be back on my debit card within 7 to 10 days. I have not got it back on my debit... card yet. They constantly giving me the runaround. 17.67 may not be much money to some people but that's another meal for me &my grandson. Read more
The employees here are very warm and welcoming. They're always spot-on with orders. The red-haired woman employee at the window... always goes out of her way to supply condiments for your order in a very professional and friendly manner. This store is a hugestep up versus the other fast food restaurants in the area. Read more
Horrible experience. I placed a order with a milkshake and a water via drive-thru. As I got to the window I heard someone in the... back correcting the window server about the water cups and that if I want a regular cup I could pay. I didn?t say a thing andthe person in the back keep going on and on being very disrespectful. Saying that I should pay for the complimentary cup. Theone in the back and cashier at the window we?re going back and forth about which cup. The one in the back started it all. Ichose not to take the water at all. I left the window and decided to call and figure out what was the problem and the same younglady hung up the phone. I asked for the GM number and she refused saying whom ever would agree with her. The girl at the window looked like she did not like her job or want to even deal with us in the least bit & we didn't give her... any problems. Things from our order kept missing & even asking for condiments was an issue. We were on a 22hr road trip backhome & hadn't eaten. We just wanted decent customer service... I suggest hiring people that are more customer oriented. Read more

Since 0 stars is not an option i am giving this 1 star. I do not give many bad reviews but this one is deserved. The service was... awful, the staff was rude, the shake machine was down (I'm not sure why any location even has them on the menu since the machineis always "down"), the order was incomplete and the majority of the items that we ordered were "unavailable" at that location.Then why are they on your menu? Do not waste your time at this location. Go to the McDonald's or Wendy's down the road. Read more
Convenient location off of 75, and the food was good. Quick service, friendly staff. The down side is that the place is dirty,... with food and crumbs all over the tables and floor. The bathrooms were also filthy, with no soap in the ladies room and notowels in the mens. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. From ordering (no one took our order for over 15 minutes, nor did they explain why there was a... wait, the two cashiers simply walked out of the restaurant), to the food itself (super cakey nuggets and overly fried fries) tothe insanely disgusting and unsanitary bathrooms (no TP, no clean toilets, floors all grubby, the list goes on - not sure howthe employees even were allowed to handle our food with bathrooms that dirty). Do NOT patronize this BK. You've been warned. Read more
