Very disappointed for an establishment in Vail. The service was incredibly slow, had to interrupt a group of waitresses that... were sitting at the bar conversing for 10 minutes just to place our order. The food was very mediocre and bland. My wife and I had different salad's and we both felt ill after eating here. Had to walk around the restaurant to find Maria to... get our bill so we could leave. Go elsewhere! Read more
This restaurant is overrated. The meat tasted as if it were reheated, so no fresh taste. I'm leaving 3 stars for the managers... and owners to pay attention to this and improve. It's on you guys to make it better! Read more
This place is alright. With all the pictures it looked pretty good. Waiters and waitresses are not that formal. I don't mind... that. The food was okay. Not the best food I had ever had. The wings were good. Food was over priced. Almost everything on themenu was $20 and up. Wish they asked us if we wanted any drinks and or double check if they had a drink instead of giving outsomething we didn't want. Wish they had more exits instead of 1. It wasn't easy coming in and out. Was kinda cramped. Bathroomswere small and hard to find. Would I eat here again... no I honestly would not. On the bright side though. I give them props forbeing open a bit more later than some other restaurants. Read more
Adriana is the best! She kept water glasses full and checked on us regularly. The nachos will feed 3 - 4 and are very tasty. I... ordered the luncheon chicken wrap with baked beans. Came here with a large group while on vacation. They seated us right away and were very accommodating of the many special... requests from some of the members in our group. The food was good and the service was even better. We were there on a Saturdaynight and it was very busy but the wait times for food and drinks were minimal. They had live music as well. Stopped for a quick bite close to the end of the lunch hour on 6/11/2022 during the GoPro Games. Were seated timely, but... everything went bad after that. The server, although admitted that she only has been working there for a little over a week, hadno clue about the menu, was short and borderline rude from the beginning. Took our order (visit one), brought our drinks (visittwo). I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. For $20 I got a sandwich that even 7/11 makes better. The chicken patty seemed tohave come from a bag of frozen chicken and it was topped with two slices of American cheese that made it suffocating. Thepickled onion topping was good. My husband had the french dip (called Red Lion Dip I think). He said the meat tasted like delimeat. Our server showed up a third time to ask if we wanted boxes, then came with the receipt (visit four). They have anelectronic payment system right at the table. The options were to tip 18%, 20%, or 25% while the server is hovering over youwatching every move you make. Service was horrible, but put on a spot I felt bullied into tipping the 20%, which was the pre-seteasy to pick option. After that a question came up "how happy were you with your visit?" with a thumb up and thumb down option.I was ready to hit the thumb down when the server snapped the machine out of my hand said something to the effect that that isnot needed and left to attend another table. Well, if I could have hit the thumb down, it might have ended there. But after thatvery rude last move from the server I decided to give them the thumb down here. Chicken was extremely dry, bun was so soggy it fell apart before I could pick it up. Waiter didn?t seem to care to fix it. Won?t... be going back or recommending to anyone. Save your 50 bucks and go get a pizza at Vendettas around the corner. Read more
