Pizzas are great. When extremely busy order can take 1.5 hours (pizzas coming through oven like crazy). Typically can get pizza... within 45 minutes. They have tables for eating in but Marco's is primarily a take out/delivery establishment. Read more
Ordered 3 hrs ahead for later pickup and had to wait 45 minutes past pickup time. There were some customers saying they waited... over an hour. The staff was nice, but the company has to have a way to shut down orders when they get backed up. They can onlymake so many pizzas per hour... Read more
I placed an order over the phone the person on the phone was very sweet but when I got there to pick up the pizza. I was greeted... by a young lady with black hair named Gabby. Greet was a strong word for that though, it came off as she was upset today orhates her job, all I received was attitude. If these are the kind of people you hire with attitude and rudeness then I wouldsuggest hiring better people. Read more

Pre-order pizza hours in advance. Was scheduled to be picked up at 7 pm. Got the alert it was ready at 6:50 pm. Showed up to... pick up the order at 7:30 and they said it wasn't ready! Manager had nothing but excuses and didn't even try to make it right. I don't recommend this place at all. Poor service.... Delicious!!! Great price, fresh ingredients, came out hot & perfect!
Made online order. Walked in & nobody came to help me. Heard lots of laughing & horse playing in the back of the store. I can... see the workers yet I wad standing at the counter for a few minutes. It wasn't till another employee coming from the outside,who was starting to take a break is the one who helped me. The other guy who was with him gave me my food. Still had to wait formy food because they forgot an item from my order. I only ordered two things. If it wasn't for the two guys coming into thestore, I'm not sure how long I would be standing out there. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas at 430 for a 5:25 pick up. When we got there they knew nothing about the order and just put them in the oven.... 540 we were finally out the door. The pizza is good and we are thankful for that. Read more
