Okay place if you?re not looking for quality Mexican food. Definitely beats other fast food options if you?re looking for... something more ?home-cooked.? Fish tacos were good. Cheese enchiladas really dropped the ball. The cheese was completely cold.There was no attention to detail with melting the cheese. They rolled a handful of cheese in a tortilla, threw some sauce on it.Added more cheese. No melting process involved. Disappointing. Obviously didn?t finish bc it?s a cold tortilla in cold cheese.Seems like little attention to detail, pico de gallo was poorly chopped and found tomato stem inside it. If you have nowhereelse to go and you?re tired of traditional fast food, this place is nice because it has a drive through. But if you?re lookingfor quality Mexican food, definitely not the place in my honest opinion. Read more
Went thru the drive through and I guess you can't just order 1 cheese enchilada! I kept saying I wanted ONE enchilada on one... plate and the guy just kept telling me WE ONLY SELL TWO ON A PLATE. This used to be Nico's Taco Shop, and it's similar, but not as good. It's in Vail, which we don't have too many choices, so we... still go there just because it's close by, but this is definitely not a 5-Star place LOL don't get me wrong it's ok. Been coming here for years. Food is good, but not amazing?.we come here mainly out of convenience. Every time we come the... burritos get smaller and smaller. Today was my last visit ever. Bought 5 burritos and you wouldn?t believe how small thesethings were. Their prices keep going up up up and we receive less every time we go. Filiberto?s every time from here on out.Better food and you?re not still hungry after eating. I?ll make the 13 minute trip to Filiberto?s in Rita Ranch every time thispoint forward instead of getting ripped off here again. I kid you not these 5 burritos we ordered here today contain lessegg/meat than 2 Filiberto?s burritos. Read more
UPDATE: 5 stars to 4 I pulled into the drive thru and had 1 car ahead of me. They pulled forward and nobody came on the... intercom to take my order. I waited 15 minutes thinking maybe they were short staffed and busy making the order ahead. I pulledforward and reversed but still nobody answered. Drove to Benson and had magalys. The food is great here but let's get thatlobby open! ____________________________ Stopped here for lunch to go and was blown away by the flavor. Literally everythingwas delicious. This place has hands down the best refried beans I've ever tasted. Veggies are ice cold, and tasted fresh. Whilethe meat was piping hot and bold with a delicious flavor. The tacos themselves were a complete mess in a great way. The shellseemed to be fried after the meat was added which gave the shells an almost carnival taste however the fry was amazing as itmolded the shell together while you ate. The portions are generous and the staff seemed to really care about making sure I hadeverything for my order. I would recommend this place and I will be back again! Read more
