Ordered food online, when I got there they said they decided to close early. By almost 3 hours. Didn't bother canceling my... order, or letting me know they weren't open anymore. Were super rude at the drive-thru and refused to do anything for me at all.Didn't get my food and my money is stuck in taco-bell online purgatory. They are useless, ordered three hard tacos no lettuce and chips and nacho dip. All tacos had lettuce and didn?t get chips only... nacho dip. Read more
The food was hot and yummy (the Nachos BelGrande were great) the drive-thru cashier was very friendly, but there were parking... spaces for online order pick-up but the doors were locked. How much sense does that make? Easy: not very much. Hope that isn'tthe norm. Read more
Workers where very slow. I went in the drive through line, took them 30 min to give me my food. They took the nacho cheese fries... of there menu. They where out of Mexican pizzas even through there was a sign saying that they where back on the menu. Read more
Super annoying. Whenever I call the phone always goes to the busy tone. Today when I called someone actually picked up, but set... it down immediately. I sat on the phone for 5 minutes in hopes of someone picking it up! I could hear them working in thebackground!! Literally just had to ask if they were STILL out of stock of a certain item. Hung up after 5 minutes and calledback only to be welcomed by that damn busy tone. Tried again 3 more times and same busy tone. I'm thinking they purposefullyleave the receiver on so that no calls can get through. Super frustrating! Read more

I went at night for drive thru, and it took about 10 minutes to get through the line at 9:20pm. Not sure what the guy ordered in... front of me but they should've parked somewhere and waited for their food. Read more
