Used to be good staff. Recent experience, despite announcing a coupon, & not being familiar w/new menu, ended up being charged... almost $14 per sandwich instead of $6.99. Kind of ticked off, so will visit Jersey Mike's sandwich shop in same center nexttime I feel like a deli sandwich. Read more

This store doesn?t care at all about delivery orders. Never gets the order right, always missing items, and just now I waited 40... minutes for the driver to arrive at the store only to text me that the store ran out of turkey. First off how do you run out ofturkey, but even then, you don?t have the courtesy to inform me or Grubhub you can?t fulfill the order once it?s placed? Insteadwaste my time and the delivery driver. When I try to call, they never answer. If I do get the food, the sandwich is horribly puttogether. And they have never given me my cheese on the sandwich out of at least 10 times, even though I pay for it. NOT ONCE.This is literally the worst subway I?ve ever been to. Read more

Love salads. Sad they don't have chopped salad, but glad they still have them. Tuna is my favorite. I can't make it like them.... Just delicious. A little pricey, but isn't everything. Read more

Seems as if they do not have core values within their company to provide any valuable customer service! Ordered a "Party Sub"... for my workplaces party we were having a week prior. I was told that the "Party Sub" would be ready. As a result, I let theoperator of the phone know that my good friend "Vito" would be picking up the sammy. *Hangs Up* I am rather disappointed with myattendance of this subway, But the subs are good.
