Second time I tryed to eat here. The place SUCKS. Waited 15 min in the bar area. Two servers waited on the table next to me. Did... not even look my way. Was not busy at all. I called and ask for service they hung up.I went to the counter and ask. I was toldshes right there. Pointed at one of the servers that had already walked past my table two times. NEVER GO HERE. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! Worst place to get cold pizza. We ordered at 6pm online. Get to the restaurant at 650 for pick-up. Long... line! We don't get to just pick up our pizza, no! We are told we have to wait in line and that it doesn't matter if you callin or order online or anything, everyone has to wait in line. This is what the manager told us. What's the point of orderingahead if you can't just come pick up and go like you're supposed to?? We didn't get her Pizza until 7:20 p.m. this isunacceptable and we will not be going back. This was my first time here, customer service was great, and they were clean. Salad bar was stocked. I will be coming back to... this one. I went to the other location on browns Valley and they were so dirty there and their salad bar looked old and notsanitary. This location on Alamo Is definitely the place to come too. Read more
