Total lack of awareness from the staff. They were nice, just not mentally there. Definitely need more customer service training.
Pretty good Peet's location. Can get quite busy on weekends and parking can be a bit of a hassle (don't anticipate finding... parking in the lot directly outside, there's almost always spots available behind, out in front of five guys). Wish they letcustomers use both restrooms though (there is one labelled as "employees only"), considering how busy this location gets. Sawthis sentiment shared in another review, so management should take a look. Friendly customer service and good coffee at least,which bumps this review up to 4 stars. Read more

I?m sharing my wife?s experience today, April 26. We normally visit this Peets twice a week. This last Sunday we were there... and the bathrooms were closed. Today, my wife was there and needed to use the bathroom. She was told the bathrooms were closedfor repairs. My wife asked if both bathrooms were closed. The response was that the other bathroom was for ?employees only?.We?ve been going to this Peets for years and both bathrooms have been available and we?ve never been told that one bathroom wasfor employees only. They need some customer service training. The employees rudely responded to her and said she should go tothe public bathroom located about 200 yards away. Read more

This is the first time I've been to a Peets that wasn't in Berkeley or Emeryville and was a little thrown off at how big it is... in comparison but I love the energy, the super nice and helpful staff. The comfy indoor and outdoor seating. And that the coffeestill taste just as great! And neat restrooms. Read more
