I ordered two of the large triple pepperoni pizza and I was so disappointed to find to regular pepperoni pizzas

We have always had great service at this location. Tonight we ordered our regular pizza and salads. We were shorted on... dressing. We did not get extra Canadian bacon, olives. Unfortunately I felt like I was ordering from the Alamo location whichneeds to be shut down! Read more

Every time I have visited here the staff was always friendly and kind. I love the $12.00 Tuesday special but P.M. is good all... the time. PM also has a lot of other great specials too. I really enjoy the thin crust pizza ???? as I don't like to waste mycarbs on eating a lot of bread. This option lets me enjoy some bread without going overboard. My favorite pizza is the thincrust chicken garlic pizza. That one really makes me feel all warm and happy, every time! I give PM 5 ?????! I have to say. I am huge on customer service. I have been known to never go back no matter how much I loved the food due to it.... I have not been too enamoured with papa Murphy's but then I'm not a pizza person. About 4 days ago, I got thechicken,bacon,artichoke special. It was awesome but not awesome as the friendly, professional and attention to detail ccustomerservice I received from the Monte vista ave Vacaville ca staff. We went to the one on Alamo. While checking the menu for a few minutes the girl asked to take our order. Didn't advise us of any... shortage of food products. The manager finally came out to let us know they had NO marinara sauce, NO pepperoni, NO sausage andby then I quit listening. I looked at my wife and at the same time we both said let's go. What really got me, is this guy,supposedly the manager, didn't EVEN bother to explain OR offer a discount for something else, offer a gift certificate, OR askus to please try us again! Super long wait times and they didn't make my pizza correctly. Shorted me on my extra toppings I paid for. All in all they did... give service with a smile and seemed overwhelmed. Still a decent pizza. Read more

The white girl with the braided hair was a bit bland and rude while ordering. (she didn't have a name tag on, so I can't... identify her any other way). The girls were busy conversing rather than making the pizzas ordered. They stood there gossipingrather than actually working. I love papa Murphys, but I was disappointed with the lack of reasonable customer service here. Read more

Must of the time the service is 5 star and the order is ready within minutes (the main reason we go here), however this time it... took over 30 minutes to get our pizzas, and it was 2 normal of the menu pizzas. Watching the delay was because they kept makingthe pizzas called in first, you would think they would take care of the customers that have paid and are there first, but Iguess not. I will be back only because of the pizza. Read more
