I've rated this location on Yelp before. Sadly I must rate them again, 1 star, here on Google. I would give zero stars if I... could. I have been standing in line for nearly 30 minutes. Why I have not just given up and left yet... Well I'm hungry, reallyhungry. Amazes me the mismanagement happening right now. Easily 10 folks working behind the counter and the line has not movedat all. The line is now backed up to the door and a lady in a black shirt asked the employees what they're doing. September 27, 2022, 5:45 pm. I am ordering online. I went to the store to check the name of the order at the cashier (the... cashier is responsible for online orders). A female clerk casually said "few more minutes" to me. But she didn't care about theorder at all, I checked my order again after waiting 25 minutes in the store and she said "few more minutes". Again I waitedabout 10 minutes to check my order with her. She said at this time that I didn't see my order in the system. Time has passedfor nearly 40 minutes. The whole process is a waste of time! I've eaten that a lot of different Panda Express locations but this one in Vacaville was not too busy and had just cooked a... bunch of fresh dishes. So it was an enjoyable dining experience. A much better experience than some of the other Panda Expressesthat like to keep food until it's too old and refuse to cook you a fresh dish. Read more
My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner. I sent him with a post it note with my order. Girl behind the counter grabbed it from... him and walked away. He tried ordering food for himself, but she wouldn't listen. He paid for my order and left. Came to Panda Express in Vacaville and ordered the "Bigger Plate" with Chow Mein as the side and Beijing Beef & Broccoli Beef as... the entrees. Also ordered a small Kung Pao Chicken. The Chow Mein was good; not too oily. The Beijing Beef was crunchy and fullof flavor. The Broccoli Beef was also good. The broccoli was crunchy and the beef was a little chewy, but okay. They only accepted cash. Sosa machine didn't work. I ordered 2 large order of rangoons, And they had no sweet-and-sour sauce.... They wanted me to park out front because it would take a minute to make the rangoons after they told me they didn't have sweetsour sauce. Then when I was explaining to the cashier what I want to put in my bag like chopsticks so I saw sports and cookies,Demand your pops up the window and ask me what I want and I said what do you mean she goes what I'm explaining the lady it iswhat I want my bag. But she asked it with an attitude like I was holding up the line because after my $60 purchase and wanted meto park out front I was making sure that they got what in my bag what I wanted.
