It has to be said that after the employees here are changed, the efficiency and accuracy are very obvious. Under normal... circumstances, you can get the meal within the agreed time. Ate here for the first time and it was good. The food was fresh, the location was clean and the staff was nice. When I walked in... one of the staff members greeted me while cleaning. This is a plus in my book because it shows he is aware of his surroundings.I ordered on of the club sandwiches with lettuce and tomato. The produce was fresh the meat was good and the salt pepper mixgave it a good flavor. If I am in the are I will return. Only down side is the parking lot can be a headache. Read more

They have the best sandwiches that you can imagine. We stumbled upon them down in Southern California and was happy to find one... up in Vacaville. I will not go to any other Sub Shop unless it's Jersey Mike's. Meat is cut fresh the cheese is cut fresheverything is just done to perfection!! Now they just need to open one in Oakdale California!! Poor customer service this evening, the guy short with glasses taking orders tonight forgot to include a sandwich and when I... asked if he got the sandwich he rudely said I never ordered it when I know for a fact I did ! Which was definitely rude mind you, I was being patient with the staff who were obviously overwhelmed, I mean me and my husband also stood there for a total of 4sandwiches for almost 30 minutes . The place is total chaos every time! I always say I?m not going back because of the chaosthen decided to give it another chance because the sandwiches are good and boom again . It's not just the chaos, the service here also leaves something to be desired. My onlineorder app shows that I can get the food in my order at 12:34. The wait time was a good 55 minutes when I arrived. During thisperiod, many people have already got their lunch. Online orders are on hold. And in offline orders, only customers who havepaid tips may have a better experience, and customers who have paid tips will show enthusiasm and say thank you. And customerswho don't have change to tip will not receive a "thank you." In fact I have been to this brand of restaurants in other townstoo. Pretty slow to make sandwiches. Got to the store 7:10pm and ordered. We didn't get our sandwich until 7:30pm
