Everything that they could have gotten wrong with our order, they did. With 3 small kids we did have a complex order. That... being said Mari took our order correctly and the receipt listed out all the items and special requests properly. She deservesspecial credit for getting our complex order entered correctly. Whoever was on the line and got that receipt though, completelyignored it. We ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers; 1 with extra pickles, and one with no pickles. Both arrived with the normalamount of pickles. We ordered a burrito without any spicy sauce on it. It arrived with spicy sauce on it. We ordered achicken sandwich without cheese on it. Usually my boyfriend and I come here and receive excellent service but tonight they said their Apple Pay was down and declined... my card that I?ve been using all night (it works), then we ended up getting the wrong order and had to come all the way back andwait in line to have our order remade. We got our bag of food and it was once again missing the value fry we ordered, causing usto have to wait even longer. They also asked for the other food back and offered no comp for our inconvenience after 1:30am. Myboyfriend has an early shift at work and we were hoping to have a fast experience so we could get home and get rest after ameal. Hopefully this doesn?t become a habit at this location. Read more

Horrible customer service. I was lied to about the shake machine being down when I ordered. I inquired why I couldn't have a... shake when I ordered one and was told it was down. The worker said he didn't actually check it at the time but discovered it wasworking when I seen him filling a cup. He told me that I would have to get back in line since there were two cars waiting on me.Then he became confrontational and mean. Not a good experience last Sunday. The new girl (I had not seen her before) got my order wrong, did not ask or put any dipping... sauce for the Chicken Tenders, and gave us a bag with a hole in it where the napkins have fallen out. Then the heavy set guywanted to charge me $.27 cents for a third dipping sauce after I was told they were all out of the buttermilk. I went backagain yesterday (Sunday) and ordered the same thing. There was a new girl taking the order behind the window. I asked herduring the ordering process if I could have three buttermilk dipping sauces along with my chicken tenders. She said that wasnot a problem. At the window we got everything we ordered correctly. She even added four buttermilk dipping sauces to the bagwith no mention of an additional $.27 per extra dipping sauce over quantity two. This was a much better experience than lastSunday. They put way too much whipped cream on my shake to the point it was 4 inches above the top of the cup. Fries were cold.
