Says it?s 24/7 but on 11/7/22 around 4 am we drive through and there was someone inside who wouldn?t answer order windows or... come to window. Another car in front of us had same experience. Read more
Service was fast and friendly,but that's where it ends. Most of our food was inedible, chicken sandwich was ok. Waste of money.
We're from the Midwest so we figured we would give this a try. For the first time ever we got burgers that LOOKED like the... pictures and they were amazing. Chicken strips were nice and juicy, and Culvers is hard to beat for us, but the Buttery Jackburger was pretty damn good. The young lady at the register was also very efficient. Read more
I don't know why I keep making attempts to come here late night, but more than half the time I come here there's some problem... where I cannot make orders for whatever reason. The first couple times it was allegedly due to their cash registers goingoffline, approximately 2am. For my most recent attempt, a few minutes ago, on 9/25/2022, around 1:25am I had just finishedwaiting for the two cars in front of me to make their orders, and when I got to the mic to order, I was told by the employee atthe window, "Hi we're closed for break right now". Not only were there two cars in front of me getting their food that I spentover ten minutes waiting behind, but another car had pulled up behind me so of course I couldn't back up from the drive thru,and had to waste my time watching the cars in front of me get their food while multiple employees were allegedly all on break.
