No joke, these are the BEST sausages I've ever tasted! They have that "snap" when you bite into them, which means they are high... quality! The meat is tasteful and the buns are soft. I personally like the Spicy Italian most. There are a lot of choices, andthe menu rotates every now and then, so if you end up liking H&H, you may find yourself experimenting a lot, which makes it fun! Read more

So gosh darn good! Every time I visit, it?s amazing. Today we had the special Spicy Italian with peppers and bleu cheese and the... white bratwurst. I hope they keep bleu cheese on the menu permanently!! The chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Long time Hank and Hazel?s patron. This review is for their newest addition to the menu, BREAKFAST! It is 100% my favorite meal... of the day so naturally I had to check out H&H?s new items. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which comes with their house madebiscuit, sausage patty seasoned to perfection, MELTY CHEESE, and oh so yummy runny eggs. What else could you ask for in abreakfast sammy? When I say I inhaled that sandwich, I mean it was gone in 30 seconds. It was THAT GOOD. My husband ordered the2 egg breakfast and that was the first time I didn?t hear him talk because he was too busy eating and enjoying his food.???? After we were done with our food, we shared an order of French toast. Once again, Google map reviews have steered me this small little Bratwurst restaurant. This is one of those restaurants that is... easy to miss but if you do find it, their German sausages are quite possibly unparalleled in quality and flavor for a reasonableprice. So the main offering is bratwursts and they change their flavoring daily. They also serve condiments from potato salad,coleslaw, beer mustard and sweet pickles for starters. If you want a drink they serve soda and beer plus they have outdoorseating if you don't want to eat and run. I have tried the smoked beef bratwurst and Wisconsin Cheddar bratwurst, both aretasty and hot. The preparation time is usually just a few minutes and you should expect to spend around $12 for the dailyspecial. I've gone to this spot twice now and I feel like I can confidently say that you won't find anywhere in the local area serving... sausages better than here! Its a small, clean joint with outdoor seating. Staff are very friendly and wearing masks and glovesduring these COVID times. And the service is quick! I ordered a smoked chorizo and smoked Wisconsin cheddar bratwurst. Bothsausages had great snap! Its a satisfying bite every time. The chorizo wasn't as spicy as I would have liked but still hadamazing flavor. The cheddar bratwurst was so juicy and oozed with bits of cheese! The buns don't fall apart on you when eatingand I also loved the grill marks on the sides. Definitely appreciate the classy presentation. I also tried the soft pretzel. Ifound it to be tougher than I imagined it to be but still enjoyed eating it, especially when dipped with that creamy dip. Tofinish it off, I had an apple hand pie which I found to be not overly sweet and full of apple cinnamon flavor! The crust wasflaky as well which I liked.
